1333 bd Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Rules

To open an account on the 1333 bd platform, the user must be at least 18 years of age. All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. A person may only operate one account; creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. It is the user's own responsibility to keep their account password and login credentials secure. Any unauthorized access or suspicious activity must be reported to our support team immediately.

All users on the 1333 bd platform must participate honestly and in compliance with the rules. Any form of fraudulent activity, use of bots, or system manipulation is strictly prohibited. It is every user's responsibility to maintain respectful conduct toward other users. Unauthorized copying or distribution of any content, software, or data from the platform is not permitted. Any illegal activity or actions that violate the laws of Bangladesh are completely prohibited. 1333 bd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account in the event of a rule violation.

All financial transactions are conducted in Bangladesh Taka (BDT ৳) and comply with applicable local regulations. Completing the designated verification process for deposits and withdrawals is mandatory. Using a third-party account to conduct transactions is strictly prohibited; all transactions must be made through a method registered in the user's own name. Any attempt at money laundering or illegal transfer of funds will be reported to the authorities immediately. Applicable taxes or charges may apply to transactions where relevant, and these are payable at the user's own responsibility.

1333 bd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, offer, or service on the platform at any time without prior notice. The platform will not be held liable for any loss caused by technical errors, server outages, or third-party actions. Users acknowledge that they use the platform at their own discretion and at their own risk. These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time, and continued use of the platform after updated terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh.
